Also looking for installation helpers to work alongside and be trained by a senior technician.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work closely with the sales and operations departments Demonstrate communication and teamwork skills with customers, co-workers and subcontractors to express ideas and technical concepts to problem solve Maintain accurate records of all work performed, material used and communicate any problem encountered or identified with the alarm system Must have valid driver's license High School or equivalent education Knowledge of Honeywell, Notifier, DMP, Hikvision systems a plus Computer/Network experience is a plus Ability to read blue prints/drawings NJ Alarm License not required, but preferred Ability to independently conduct tests, and determine whether equipment is operating as expected; troubleshooting skills; equipment maintenance; repairing; installation; time management Must have a professional appearance, attitude, and ability to communicate with customers at all levels Able to lift equipment and tools up to 40lbs.
and ability to climb ladders, use lifts and scaffolding to include performing work in unusual and sometimes difficult locations such as ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Follow safety procedures, ensure all work is being done in accordance with safety policies and procedures as well as code compliance What we bring to you:
