46 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Part-Time Laborer / Yard Attendant for Marlboro Township Recycling Center Marlboro Township is seeking a part-time Laborer / Yard Attendant to manage activities at the Marlboro Township Recycling Center.
The schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday 7:
45 am to 1:
45 pm Wednesday 7:
45 am to 1:
45 pm Saturday 7:
45 am to 4:
15 pm These days and hours are fixed.
Under supervision, the duties and responsibilities include the following:
1.
Opening and securing the center at the appropriate hours.
2.
Assisting residents unloading material.
3.
General labor to clean and clear the yard to maintain a neat and orderly facility.
4.
Load debris into appropriate dumpsters.
5.
The use of hand tools or small engine powered equipment including but not limited to backpack or walk-behind blowers and string trimmers for general cleanup and maintenance of the facility.
Ideal candidate must be able to perform heavy manual labor (lift upwards of 50lbs) for prolonged periods of time under varying temperatures and climatic conditions as well as the ability to learn to use the tools and equipment needed to perform routine, unskilled labor tasks.
Candidate must be NJ resident and possess a valid driver's license.
Part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.
