Product Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to join our purchasing team! ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure accuracy of orders and product pricing -Create and maintain purchase orders -Provide logistical instructions to ensure timely arrival of products -Follow up with vendors and freight forwarders regarding shipment status -Update departments regarding expected arrival dates of products -Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure company is receiving fair, comparable rates -Maintain cordial business relationships with all vendors -Provide insight on vendor performance QUALIFICATIONS -Relevant experience in data entry and inventory preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word -Proficient in Basic Mathematical and Written Skills PREFERRED SKILLS -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Must be able to multi-task -Organized, self-motivated and self-directed -Excellent organizations and communication skills -Must be able to work self-directed as well as part of a team Benefits Include:
